Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold by Soben (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Wedding Budget Spreadsheet”) through the website weddingbudgetspreadsheet.org. By purchasing a digital product, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Digital products

Our products are digital content delivered through secure downloads, customer accounts, email access, or customer-copy template links. No physical product is shipped.

2. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union and certain other jurisdictions may normally have a statutory withdrawal period for online contracts. For digital content supplied immediately, you will be asked at checkout to:

• expressly consent to delivery beginning before the withdrawal period has expired; and
• acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery or downloading begins.

Your statutory withdrawal right is lost only where the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been validly obtained.

3. Before digital delivery begins

Where you have a valid statutory right of withdrawal and digital delivery has not begun, you may contact us at support@weddingbudgetspreadsheet.org.

4. After download or access

Once immediate digital delivery has begun following the required express consent and acknowledgement, refunds are generally not offered for:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchase
• Failure to read the product description or system requirements
• Lack of compatible software
• Preference for another template or design
• Failure to use the purchased product
• A wedding being postponed, changed, or cancelled

This does not limit mandatory rights relating to defective, non-conforming, or incorrectly supplied digital content.

5. Defective or incorrect products

Contact us if:

• The delivered file is corrupted
• A required file is missing
• The product is materially different from its description
• A secure link fails and we cannot restore access
• A confirmed technical defect prevents ordinary use in the stated supported software

We may first attempt to correct the problem, replace the file, restore access, or provide an equivalent working version. Where required by law or where a material problem cannot reasonably be corrected, an appropriate refund or price reduction may be provided.

6. Duplicate purchases

Contact us promptly if you were charged twice for the same product. After verification, an unintended duplicate payment may be refunded.

7. Partial refunds

Where we approve a partial refund as a goodwill adjustment, access to the product may remain active. A full refund may result in revocation of account entitlements and future download access.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate delivery, access, duplicate charges, or technical problems. Fraudulent chargebacks or misuse may result in suspension of related accounts and download access.

10. Mandatory rights
